Ag-NORs were present on the short arms of a single sm chromosome pair. Constitutive heterochromatin was detected on most chromosomes in the centromeric region, CMA3 positive signals and 18S rRNA genes were located on the short arms of sm chromosomes equivalent to the Ag-NORs, 5S rDNA genes wer located on the long arms of a sm chromosome pair.
